Our little man has his 48 hour blood test at 1:30 today, and then we should be read to hit the road....at least the short road home. The constant care has been wonderful, but I think we both ready to be back in our own home. Even if it does feel more like a hotel than a hospital here.
This morning the pediatrician looked at him and thought that he might have a slight heart murmur. She didn't feel it would be serious and probably one of the "good" murmurs. The tech came and did the ultrasound for about 45 mins. It started off a little rough, but after snack break mid-way though, he was out for the rest of the exam. We should have the results by monday when we go in for the weight check.
Guess I should start getting everything together
