3.1 miles later

Sara and I completed our first 5k for the year. We are still alive and accomplished our goal of running the entire race this time. We were able to complete it in 30:18 with an average pace of 9:47. Sara even finished in the top 10% of all female 5k runners! We are hoping to run in at least 2 more before the year is over, so hopefully we can keep improving on our time.

Well, we got a link to the professional pictures that were taken.....but who wants to pay $45 just for 5 digital pictures??!! Maybe that's why they invented 'Save Picture As'
